Tom is prompt and efficient. He is very knowledgeable about products and the work he performed. He knows the expectations without being told about removing his shoes when he gets inside the house. Great job! Efficient and accurate. Removed wall cabinet that was too low and reinstalled in a better location. Installed kayak rack and hung a large picture. Also removed and replaced stuck lightbulbs in the outdoor garage light.

Ben was extremely good at discussing the action needed for the day for completing the job and set our expectations for the work that needed to be completed. As the installation of the bathroom vanity, plumbing and trim was happening Ben discussed any issues that came up and needed to be resolved. He then asked our opinion on which choice we preferred to remedy the problem. Things like walls being out of square and gave us a choices about how we wanted the results to look. He was very polite, courteous, and professional. The resulting insulation and finishing work speaks for itself. It all looks sensational.

Our handymen, Umberto and Greg, were terrific. They arrived on time, were friendly, helpful, professional, respectful of our home and did a brilliant job installing four step rails, including cheerfully cleaning up my botched DIY mess on the first rail. People often judge a company solely by the initial product, forgetting that customer service can play an equally important role. With Ace Handyman Services, customer service became the most important aspect of our experience. We had a difficult job of installing a new door frame around an existing door. Our regular contractor declined to do it because he knew how tricky it could be. We hired a worker through Ace Handyman, and the work was subpar. When I alerted the company that I was unhappy, they sent out their manager to assess the work. He completely agreed with me, not trying to defend what was obviously shoddy craftsmanship. At no additional cost to me, they fixed the problem. And let me assure you, they lost money on it. They had to replace several planks of siding, paint, sand, and go above and beyond. As a former business owner myself, I know how painful it can be to lose money on a job, but Ace Handyman is committed to doing the job right. Melissa Boatwright and her team are extremely professional and honest. I highly recommend them.
