The hotel is clean & well maintained. I liked the hotel's open design and abundance of natural light. There were both positives and negatives to my stay.||I made two requests in advance regarding my room and also contacted the hotel after getting off the plane to to advise of my arrival time. I know hotels cannot guarantee special requests, but neither of mine could be met. I had to wait about 30 minutes for the room they assigned, or at least two hours for my requested room. Tired from 9 hours of travel, and groceries in my car, I didn't wait.||My hotel loyalty program membership was not acknowledged at check-in.||I appreciated that the hotel allowed me to have a package shipped there and held it safely until I checked in.||My king room with a couch was clean and spacious. It included a refrigerator, safe (didnt use), and coffee maker. There was no microwave, but communal areas on the 4th & 6th floors had ice machines and a microwave.||My room had a shower but no bathtub. I had hoped to use the hot tub to help with back issues during my stay, but it was not operational for the first several days so I stopped checking to see if it was operational. ||Our group had breakfast/lunch buffets during the week. Food was fresh. The two staff who set up and maintained the buffet were excellent as they were personable and very accommodating. ||The hotel provided a small bowl with lavender and bags guests could fill and take to their rooms. Nice touch!! Coffee and tea were always fresh and available in the lobby.||There is a happy hour (4–6 p.m) with discounted drinks. Mixed drinks started around $15. I only had one each on two separate evenings, and waited approximately 15–20 minutes to be waited on & receive my drink. Short-staffed?||I witnessed a bartender confront a guest (not intoxicated) in front of patrons. I felt the bartender could have handled the matter privately and discreetly. Instead, the situation escalated and embarrassed the guest.||Location is convenient - walking distance to a few restaurants, Starbucks, and a gas station. ||Parking was easy, with plenty of available spaces during my stay. The hotel charges $10/day for parking, but not sure why.||My room attendant was friendly and helpful.||Overall, the hotel is clean and attractive, with great common spaces and a good location. If I return to this area, however, I will explore other lodging options.
Great hotel with nice touches such as the lavender sachets, coffee in the lobby, mini fridges in the room, and microwave/water/ice stations with carafes. ||We had a few meals in the restaurant, and the food was great! The burger and crispy potatoes was excellent.||The hotel is incredibly quiet, comfortable beds, and an indoor/outdoor pool area. Great TV selection as well. ||The staff was friendly and informative. Fantastic service.||The drawbacks: there was only one small chair to sit in, which made it difficult for 2 people. The floors needed a good cleaning - they are hard surface, and definitely needed a sweep and a mop. ||I would definitely stay here again!
Had a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel in Lake Oswego! The hotel has a clean, modern European design that feels upscale without being overdone. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing night’s stay. The location was perfect for my work trip, close to restaurants, shopping, and an easy drive into Portland. There’s a great restaurant I had dinner at across the street. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and the entire property felt fresh, quiet, and well maintained. If you’re looking for a stylish hotel that’s convenient, comfortable, and offers great amenities, I’d definitely recommend it. I’d happily stay here again!
