The hotel is clean & well maintained. I liked the hotel's open design and abundance of natural light. There were both positives and negatives to my stay.||I made two requests in advance regarding my room and also contacted the hotel after getting off the plane to to advise of my arrival time. I know hotels cannot guarantee special requests, but neither of mine could be met. I had to wait about 30 minutes for the room they assigned, or at least two hours for my requested room. Tired from 9 hours of travel, and groceries in my car, I didn't wait.||My hotel loyalty program membership was not acknowledged at check-in.||I appreciated that the hotel allowed me to have a package shipped there and held it safely until I checked in.||My king room with a couch was clean and spacious. It included a refrigerator, safe (didnt use), and coffee maker. There was no microwave, but communal areas on the 4th & 6th floors had ice machines and a microwave.||My room had a shower but no bathtub. I had hoped to use the hot tub to help with back issues during my stay, but it was not operational for the first several days so I stopped checking to see if it was operational. ||Our group had breakfast/lunch buffets during the week. Food was fresh. The two staff who set up and maintained the buffet were excellent as they were personable and very accommodating. ||The hotel provided a small bowl with lavender and bags guests could fill and take to their rooms. Nice touch!! Coffee and tea were always fresh and available in the lobby.||There is a happy hour (4–6 p.m) with discounted drinks. Mixed drinks started around $15. I only had one each on two separate evenings, and waited approximately 15–20 minutes to be waited on & receive my drink. Short-staffed?||I witnessed a bartender confront a guest (not intoxicated) in front of patrons. I felt the bartender could have handled the matter privately and discreetly. Instead, the situation escalated and embarrassed the guest.||Location is convenient - walking distance to a few restaurants, Starbucks, and a gas station. ||Parking was easy, with plenty of available spaces during my stay. The hotel charges $10/day for parking, but not sure why.||My room attendant was friendly and helpful.||Overall, the hotel is clean and attractive, with great common spaces and a good location. If I return to this area, however, I will explore other lodging options.

Great hotel with nice touches such as the lavender sachets, coffee in the lobby, mini fridges in the room, and microwave/water/ice stations with carafes. ||We had a few meals in the restaurant, and the food was great! The burger and crispy potatoes was excellent.||The hotel is incredibly quiet, comfortable beds, and an indoor/outdoor pool area. Great TV selection as well. ||The staff was friendly and informative. Fantastic service.||The drawbacks: there was only one small chair to sit in, which made it difficult for 2 people. The floors needed a good cleaning - they are hard surface, and definitely needed a sweep and a mop. ||I would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel in Lake Oswego! The hotel has a clean, modern European design that feels upscale without being overdone. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing night’s stay. The location was perfect for my work trip, close to restaurants, shopping, and an easy drive into Portland. There’s a great restaurant I had dinner at across the street. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and the entire property felt fresh, quiet, and well maintained. If you’re looking for a stylish hotel that’s convenient, comfortable, and offers great amenities, I’d definitely recommend it. I’d happily stay here again!

Positive: I thoroughly enjoyed everything. The front desk was super kind and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean, and updated. I enjoyed the nice facility and the pool. Overall a gorgeous pool. Negative: ""

We stayed at this hotel as a family with our 8-year-old child and made the mistake of paying in advance for a 12-night stay. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Every day, I requested that our room be cleaned, but it was never done. Each time I followed up with the front desk and the staff, I was assured that the room would definitely be cleaned, yet nothing ever happened. It was very frustrating to receive repeated promises without any action. The hotel management seriously needs to review the quality of its service and housekeeping. Had I not paid in advance, I would have checked out after the first night and booked another hotel instead. We paid approximately $2,000 for our stay, and I deeply regret spending that amount for such poor service. Based on this experience, I will not be staying at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to others.

If you have Marriott status, be forewarned AC Hotels have apparently opted into the Marriott umbrella, while simultaneously opting out of offering any benefits to Marriott status members. You’ll be charged for absolutely every conceivable “extra” here (parking, breakfast, pets, etc.), which doesn’t really provide any value at all for building/maintaining Marriott loyalty. I was told they opted out and balance the chiseling out of perks with lower prices, but when you look at surrounding hotels, they’re among the most expensive for comparable options. Make it make sense… Oh well, lesson learned for me.

My company chooses this hotel for our on-site business meetings, and I have to say, every time we travel here, it’s an amazing experience. Work trips can be long and exhausting, but the team here always makes the experience feel easier, more comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. The recent upgrades to the lobby and gym are a substantial improvement and really elevate the overall atmosphere of the property. I also recently experienced phenomenal customer service at the bar from Greg and Ethan. The level of service they provide is equivalent to what you would receive at a true five-star hotel. Greg, who has been around for years, is absolutely incredible. He remembers guests by name and creates such a warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable environment. We had not seen him in almost a year, and the moment we walked in, he remembered us immediately. That kind of personal touch is rare and speaks volumes about both him and the hotel’s culture. Ethan was equally fantastic, attentive, professional, and friendly throughout our visit. Experiences like this are what keep people coming back. After long days of meetings and travel, having people like Greg and Ethan there truly makes a difference. We are already looking forward to seeing them again on our next trip. Thank you for continuing to provide such a consistently outstanding experience.

If you're looking for top-tier cocktails right here in Lake Oswego, head to the lounge at the AC Marriott and sit at Megan's bar. Her service was exceptional from start to finish. I’m always on the lookout for a great espresso martini, and the one she crafted is easily the best I’ve ever had. We also ordered a top-shelf Angel's Envy Old Fashioned that was nothing short of spectacular. Megan truly elevated the entire evening. Five starsZzz we will definitely be back.
